Cancellation Policy
All 1:1 Guidance sessions (video or phone) are non-refundable once booked. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be considered forfeited. These sessions are intended for personal guidance and energetic alignment and are not transferable to packages or other services. A video conference link will be emailed separately to the email address used for booking prior to your session. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) to ensure you receive it.
