Cancellation Policy

Session Format A 1-hour energetically guided session held with both partners present simultaneously. This is a live, real-time experience — not pre-recorded or held with one partner absent. Both Partners Required Both partners must be present for the full duration. If one partner is absent, more than 10 minutes late, or disconnects before the session closes, the session is forfeited with no refund issued. Mutual Consent Both partners must enter willingly and with full awareness. This is not a reading about one partner on behalf of the other. It is a sacred container for two people committed to the evolution of their union. Preparation Arrive on time in a private, quiet space free from interruption for the full hour. Background noise and additional individuals significantly impact the energetic field. Technology A stable internet or phone connection is required. Technical disruptions on the client side within the first 15 minutes allow one reschedule. Disruptions after the 15-minute mark are considered a partial session with no reschedule option. Recording Optional recording must be requested before the session closes. Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared publicly or repurposed in any form. Rescheduling One reschedule permitted with 48 hours notice from both partners. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are forfeited with no reschedule option. Refunds All sales are final. A credit toward another offering may be considered at sole discretion if extenuating circumstances arise before the session is held. Nature of the Work This session is spiritually and energetically guided — not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Results vary based on the openness and participation of both partners. Consent By completing this booking, both partners confirm mutual awareness, willingness, and agreement with these terms.
