To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. No refunds or exchanges are available for any services once booked. For complimentary sessions (including Genius Decoding Sessions), please wait until you receive your readiness email before scheduling to ensure your materials are complete. Sessions booked prematurely may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.
