Cancellation Policy

For Active Members Only As an active member, you receive one 1:1 Frequency Check-In per month—a short but powerful recalibration session to keep your energy aligned and your clarity sharp. 🌀 How It Works: You’ll receive one Frequency Check-In each month as long as your membership remains active. These sessions do not accumulate indefinitely, but we understand timing and flow matter—so we’ve created a Frequency Bank to support you. 🏦 Frequency Bank (Rollover Policy): Unused check-ins automatically roll over into your Frequency Bank, up to a maximum of 3 check-ins (90 days). Once you've hit the 3-session limit, the oldest check-in will expire if not used—this keeps your momentum fresh and intentional. To maintain access to your bank, your membership must remain active and in good standing. If canceled, any unused check-ins expire with the membership. 📆 Booking & Timing: All check-ins are scheduled through InAlignmentMinistries.com Sessions must be booked in advance, and rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Frequency Check-Ins are short by design (15 minutes) and should be used within the rhythm of your month or banked period. 🔑 Reminder: This offering is a sacred touchpoint—don’t let it sit in the vault. Use your check-ins intentionally to stay connected, clear, and calibrated.
